Thanks, Mukesh. Great video! We too believe in the power of habits and consistency :) By the way, here are some recommended books on habit-building in case if anyone's interested - 1. Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg Talks about the equation B=MAT (where B is behavior, M is motivation, A is ability, and T is trigger.) 2. Elastic Habits by Stephen Guise It talks about how you can be flexible with your habits - easy and hard levels. You can choose to do the easy or hard level depending on how you're feeling. 3. Good Habits, Bad Habits by Wendy Wood This one is very scientific and in-depth if you want to go deeper into the science of building and breaking habits.

the actions I am going to take after this video are: 1. Waking up early by 7am ultimately have to wake up by 5am and I'm starting gradually 2. Have at least 10 min work-out- it can be as simple as walking ultimately I have to take this up to 1 hour daily

Hi Mukesh/SparX team, Great content, big fan. I have closely been following this space and look forward to your video every week. Thanks for making these Mukesh. I have a quick comment or a suggestion if I may. There is so much content on spirituality online which makes it difficult to gauge on what is right. I am quite sure, Mukesh must also not have figured everything out. However, in this series, Mukesh has talked about the concepts of Indian spirituality time and again. These have come in various forms across the podcasts which essentially says that he is versed to some extent in these concepts. I would really like to know Mukesh's detailed point of view on spirituality. This also ties to philosophy which is an inherent part of spirituality. I know this does not directly tie to making a great impact which this podcast is about, however, it answers some very important questions which would indirectly help folks garner clarity, and in turn help us all in a significant way, which is the essential theme of the podcast. Thank you!
