How is it that in Singapore, one of the most developed and countries in terms of infrastructure and quality of life, there are so many people living with a scarcity mindset? What exactly is missing in our lives? Ethan is a classic maverick who left medical school in National University of University after seven years and has been doing entrepreneurship in multiple industries to gain an understanding of the business world. His psychiatric and psychological training, together with his insatiable love for learning led him to develop Thought-Action Paradigm, the basis behind Undelusional, which he founded, to truly solve the psychosocial problems of today.
Having spoken for TEDxNUS, Happiness Festival and having a featured article next to Noam Chomsky’s, Ethan’s goal is to share his knowledge and to maximise the consciousness of each individual. He is also one of the two authors behind Employee A&E: Manager's Edition, a book meant to initiate greater awareness of human relations in the corporate world. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Wow! This talk is so good! There's a lot to unpack here! So many people need to hear this and truly evaluate how they relate to needs/wants. Are we satisfied/content? Thank you for sharing. Great job. 👏😁

i need to write comments, but, by doing so, i am sharing my intellectual property, but not getting paid for it. thus, the economy's flawed, no? btw, there is nothing in the Guardian that tempts me to read it today : (

I see where he is going with this, but he is a terrible speaker and he is all over the place.

To do a TED talk you don't have to be a phenomenal speaker. And there's just so much to unpack and he wanted to get to the point where he could tell us what the solution is. It could have been a little more organized and concise
