Enrique, LOVE the info in this, so many great techniques! Question: re: sampling a texture to emit from, how would you go about sampling an animated material, like a panning noise? Possibly by modifying the Transform UV Into Position?

Thanks for the nice comment! To answer your question, yeah, you are 90% of the way there! :) Since in the particle system we are only sampling textures and don't have the full material graph, you need to animate any properties in Niagara: to do a panning, for example, you can just offset the sampled UVs over time.

It is possible! Right now I'm making a couple of different tutorials but I'll go back to the Spiderverse after that! Gwen's style requires a lot of manual texturing work so I'm not sure how much I'll be able to cover, but I'll take a look for sure!

Yeah big fan of their art style! I could do a breakdown but sadly there's no magic bullet to get their results. Most of their unique style comes from good meshes, excellent texture artwork, and lots of manual post edits.
