Amazing work. Got the shader going and trying to add more controls to the noise for things like small wisps of fog rolling around the objects. Trying panner with some other things but not getting anything good yet. Thanks for sharing the knowledge and inspiring to keep going!

Many thanks for this! it's something I've been looking for for a long time. Not quite perfect, would be nice to get some decent chunks in the fog. Also, I had to painstakingly pause the video and add every node, trying to carefully read what you had. A separate video going into more detail would be great! If you don't do it, I will :P

Hi there, thanks a lot for all the videos, I'm learning a lot :) I remade the volume material but the DistanceToNearestSurface is not working, do you know if it's broken on 5.2? For some reasons it doesn't even appear on the material instance as a parameter which is weird

If you are using a version earlier than 5.0, you need to enable the distance field in your project.
