That's not how the music industry works. There's a reason you see lots of independent artists make 1 successful album & just chill for the rest of their lives. There's big money in the music industry, but when you go the typical label route, you make maybe 5%-10% of what you could've made. Buy cheap as possible, fix it up rent it out, sell when u no longer wanna be bothered with it. No it’s not gonna be overnight but if u got patience and do it right it can work. Nothing is guaranteed but ppl are gonna always need somewhere to stay. & ppl want a nice home, at a decent price, in desired areas. I’m witnessing ppl get rich and build wealth off rental properties. The ppl renting out property wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t money in it.

Buying homes in the hood only works when the entire area is gentrified. Shopping centers need to come in. Roads need to be repaired. The entire area. If you buy 10 homes that’s not enough. You gotta by everything then develop it which cost way more than 30/40 mil. Section 8 has strict standards on passing inspections so you have to renovate and them up to code which cost money lol just sitting on dumps until the area catches up lol
