It's not going to be anything but a simple tech demo from one person, using free assets. The dev is lying about making it into a game and is currently trying to scam investors. You can actually recreate this tech demo yourself in just a few hours and no prior experience with UE5.

The response to this game is interesting and dramatically different depending on where you're from and other parameters cause most black Americans including myself think this is by far the most traumatic game possible for obvious reasons. I'm glad others can find joy in it (not even being a little sarcastic) but unfortunately a hard skip for me.

You have no clue what you are talking about, just pure ignorance and talking out of your ass. Basic psychology actually has over 100 years of data pertaining to this subject, especially with the military trying to use media to desensitize soldiers. It has never worked. Even the first philosophers in 6th century BC argued about this topic relating to religious texts and their effects. Even they could not find any evidence. People thought Doom in the 90s was too real for people to play and the government had to run tens of millions of dollars worth of testing and research to see if violent media actually caused any harm to developing brains. They never found a single shred of evidence other than people with a predisposition of severe mental illnesses, like psychopathy (people that have little self-control and show violence quickly) tend to find the content calming and has been a huge discovery for positive therapy. This is the reason why you see a lot of combat vets playing violent video games, playing airsoft and paintball, watching violent war movies, it's all very good therapy. Considering children, children's brains see no effect since they don't perceive things on screens and in VR, as real. More of a lizard brain subconscious level of critical thinking that you don't have control over. There is no such thing as violent media having any negative effect on the mind, the brain doesn't work like that. So please, ,do some research, this is a subject that has been discussed for literally thousands of years.
