VS. General Khahn receives hero's send off at his last public appearance in Saigon before being summarily exiled as 'Ambassador at large'. VS. Government troops in Saigon patrol amongst the people to stop the possibility of a coup similar to the one that nearly overthrows the Khahn Government. VS. At Press conference with government military heads at which Air force General Cao Ky presides. He is one of the leaders who saved the Khahn government and sent General Khahn out of the country on his diplomatic mission. VS. Life in Saigon where troops still patrol, but it is said that life is returning back to normal in the city.
