Really nice house, but I can't believe the builder put just one single window in that Master Bedroom! If I bought it the first upgrade I would make is replacing that solid core door that leads out to the lanai with a glass one to let in a little more light.

That is a nice home on Coronet Ave. in Wedgefield. Many of the homes in that area have a lot of property unlike nearby Waterford/Avalon which is getting very congested. That area is very desirable being that you are somewhat close to everything but isolated enough to enjoy a quiet neighborhood.

Overpriced @$660k. The 1.45 acres is kinda useless when you have to clear it out. Yeah it cost lots of money to clear out the land. That lot looks to be about usable .4 acres. The builder screwed up on the master bedroom. Who put a tiny single window in a master bedroom especially a $660k home ? I do love the front though. Beautiful.
