The whole world is getting westernized Bad ideas...bad morals...and the rejection of religion nowadays. To compare Berlin (Germany) with the Philippines is really nuts. You are comparing a rich country with a poor, 3rd world country. Germany has legal abortion. And their educational system is much better.
