I think this is what makes Conor such a great fighter, not just training boxing, jiu jitsu, kickboxing, tkd or whatever. His movement is so fluid and unpredictible because of this. The people is laughing and saying things about the touch butt thing but they'll never see another fighter moving that way

Yea and working with Ido on this kind of stuff was the beginning of the end for McGregor..... It's not bullshit in general, but bullshit for fighters. They need to train much more specific in order to compete at the highest level.

Thus reminds me of the ancient martial art movements . Amazing mist the ancient ways are so much better than what is taught now in schools and clubs. Incorporating the ancient ways into modern day training is good. Just like Bruce Lee incorporating lots of different art forms into one. Love this movement art definitely want to learn these skills.

2022 Nostalgia man... This was Insanely amazing. The problem is when you go one dimensional with 1 aspect of training in this case Technique. Conor lacked cardio and exhausting fighting technique practice. Its all combined to be the best. Conor was in insane shape at this time too. Wish he came back to this style of fighting that was the best, combined with new knowledge of course.

You can really see how Conor implements this into his fights , bar khabib who is the master at holding people down , The way he manages to pop up, or stay on his feet is incredible , It’s so true that boxing / MMA and footwork go hand in hand with dancing ! The way mcgregor moves is unreal, Having this ability to move the way he does means he can use that teep kick without a wrestling background , When fighters catch the kick, he easily lifts his leg to an impossible height to pull it back , or spins into a 360 while retracting the leg

I think saying "touch butt in the park" just speaks on Nate's inability to articulate his opinion on movement practice. It isn't fight training, and there's a lot of low level fighters that don't see what's going on, they just want to join the mouth breather mob.

Diaz was getting drunk in Cabo while Conor was doing movement drills, yet Conor still got rocked by a few 1-2's and then got choked out

Even if that happens, Diaz already made his point. Conor has brought in a lot of top guys ... basically acknowleding Nate's words that he shouldn't be playing touch-butt, but rather train with fighters with real experience.

+Iyam tarole Ingyu try hitting 155 to 170lbs in a week. If you ever try doing cardio around the octogan with all that weight you just added, it's not so pleasant. Mcgregor had whooped his ass in the first round, but then couldn't finish it in the second. I bet your house Conor mcgregor wins by tko in the rematch.
