Tivoli Village is a place like nowhere else in Las Vegas. A nearly 30 acre shopping and dining district, the 2008 recession wreaked havoc with its opening dates, but the resulting area needs to be seen.
This video was filmed on the InstaOne360 RS with the "Twin" 360 lens and upscaled into 4K 60 frame per second video.

Tivoli is a nice vibe .. love the 360 cam.. please jump off the strat with it attached .. or go to circa stadium swim .. or sky bar at Delano, or the zip line at rio, or gondala ride at Venetian , mandalay bay wave pool, whew.. you get the point.. this would be a cool series of vegas videos from a new perspective

@@NOTLeavingLV You have the gift for gab and knowledge, you should be doing voice overs with all of your walkthroughs. There are some people that just like the ambient sounds with no one talking about there are many vlogs like that. Not everyone has the knowledge or the ability to fill air time. The recorded walkthroughs could have a slower pace of commentary compared to your livestreams, more of a leisurely walk and talk pace.

Yes, this is the Insta360 One RS, the GoPro Max (which is 2 years old by now, I do not recommend buying it) also can hide the stick. It is tricky and I am learning, but it is pretty amazing to see.

So, back in 2005 when they started the TEN year, on and off again phased construction project; I had the impression that it would be sort of a miniature "Phipps Plaza" Buckhead, Atlanta. NOPE! Not even close. From the few times that I have visited and I live ten minutes away; the place is a waste of time. Some restaurants, bars and little ladies shops. Since I don't drink and don' t eat restaurant food it is just a big NOPE! Hopefully, the new buyer will inject some life into the project. RH might be the saving grace but few in Las Vegas can afford it and those of us who can use interior designers from Los Angeles and have the custom furniture trucked in from Los Angeles.

A whole lot of empty store fronts on the ground level which is the most profitable for a landlord. The letter L missing from TIVOLI, and the place does not resemble anywhere in Tuscany. Perhaps with hundreds of condos, apartments and other things slated to be built nearby things may change. Still waiting for the Mall of Las Vegas, opps, nope, KB is building a whole bunch of starter slums on that 66 acres in the far NW behind Centennial Hospital. As if they were actually going to build 55 story luxury condos in that part of town. I laughed that off back in 2004 when I was looking to buy. Tivoli is also hobbled with horrible ingress/egress both on Alta and Rampart which greatly adds to the avoidance factor. No one cares about the Saturday Farmers Market. Where does the food actually come from? The little soap and jewelry kiosks indicates desperation and makes it look more like a Tijuana Flea Market. Upscale, this place is not. Focus more on the professional Class A offices for this project instead. More lawyers and accountants offices the better.

Vegas needs more single family residential though. So that could be cheered and viewed as a positive. Also the craft show is a regular thing there. They do it throughout the spring into summer and also have a night market. It’s by a company that does these sorts of events all over, sort of nice to see in a city with a climate like Vegas.
