@@SecureLemons i completely disagree that his strategy was entertaining. I think by default going after the best competitors and eliminating them from the games is bad for future episodes. The real issue as well is the entertainment comes from not just watching the challenge but watching the strategies that take place between competitors. I knew who was in the banning based on if boaty WASNT in the tribunal before the episode even started and then he threw the challenge to really remove all suspense, basically just watched and hour long episode to see if him or settled was better at snake. Whack af

The fact that Boaty was just here for the content and was very obviously taking the worst possible strategy at pretty much every aspect of the metagame (as well as straight up throwing challenges) and still got so much respect as a threat is impressive as hell, honestly. He's what everyone should aspire to be.

I remember when I first came across boaty ingame while runecrafting death runes, which he was also doing at the time, my clicks became a mess because of that implicit race you have when banking etc. For you to have that and perform like that on the first snake round is so insane to me. Getting past that is so hard to me and I've found I can only get past it by repeatedly being in such situation, which thankfully I got to have when I started playing Overwatch and playing with streamers in that game.

The money means probably very little to most of these guys. Helps funds some series like settled 1 life account but for B0aty he already has virtually everything and he doesn't need the money. he doesn't do series like Settled ect, mostly ironman/limited time game mode/ Green logging on Main. You could argue for bonds but he's already well off as a streamer, end of day B0aty cares more about the content than the money. Like the burgers in the all star DMM.
