I am a convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. And I credit my mom with teaching me about Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ and I’m so grateful. It was like an Elementary school education. Then Missionaries came and taught me further and that was about The Restoration and it was like a High School Education. And now I’ve gone to having a College Education. I’m so grateful to all who have taught me!

Brother Halverson, I'm so thankful for your way of teaching, Come Follow Me. I get more out of your lessons than I ever did out of my Seminary Lessons. I had Excellent Teachers. Being a 75-year-old Empty-nester, Widow. I'm Very Desirous of lessons that help me find more completeness in understanding the fullness of the Gospel. I love the long lessons as well as the shorter lessons. I will watch both daily. I can turn on KZbin and watch or listen to your lessons over and over getting something more I needed to understand. I'm alone. What better way to spend my day than learning the Gospel and Coming Closer To My Lord and Savior, through Come Follow Me Lessons and Sacred Music. Thank you for helping me Feel The Love Of The Lord and Not Truly Being Alone.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. I love that we as a church are learning how to reach out in interfaith dialoges. I feel like growing up in the 7:57 focused more on 'we are right and everyone else is wrong.' I love seeing others who may not have all of our truth, but love Jesus and are doing their best to follow Him. Jesus can bless anyone who reaches out to Him.

God would never allow His church or His word to cease or to be changed. The gospel has been taken to every corner of the world. He left us His gospel, the bible, so that His believers would always have a way to know His knowledge and to dwell in His Word. The Holy Spirit is responsible for the transformation that takes place in every believer by reading the Word of God. It is the truth because God is truth. The bible is all about Jesus Christ, without the Holy Spirit no one would be brought to faith. This would not be possible without the covenant of grace that was given after the resurrection of Christ. 1 Cor 3:11 NO man can lay a foundation than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ our rock. Matt 28:20 And, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the age. His church, the biblical church, is for always and forever.

Anyone who doesn't believe in the Apostacy should consider speaking to the Jews who have gone without a temple for over 2000 years. They were the original covenant people and lost all their temple ordinances. But all is not, lost.the Restored of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is building Temples all over the world and if Jew and Gentile want to renew Temple ordinances, the same ones Jesus participated in , in Jerusalem, then consider the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day Saints

Not all of the early Apostles at the meridian of time were killed. John the Revelator was never killed. He was/is a translated being and could not be killed. Did he not have the authority to reorganize the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, who then could have reorganized the First Presidency, if the Lord willed it? I suppose he could have also translated any and all of the new Apostles too making them immune to pain, suffering, and death like he himself was. But, the environment at that time was so hostile to followers of Christ that the church probably would not have survived anyway. At any rate, it was not the Lord's will that the leadership of the early church be reorganized -- or that new Apostles be called and set apart as original Apostles were killed.

Think about the Catholic and Protestant Martyrs, some just to have a bit of the translated Bible .Read Foxes Book of Martyrs. How would we defend the truth in our days?
