The labels at 0:05 only make sense if "forward: meands "away." By "of cource" around 2:30 I think they mean "of course." But good work overall. Well done and thank you.

Yeah a bit more context on why they are so difficult to solve would really make this more comprehensible.

No details on why these problems are hard or how they solved it to a specific level?

4:55 - this problem is not clear. look I'll say what I'm thinking so someone might figure out what I'm missing here: but if I get a pentagon with 5 corners, you'll need 5 copies, and it's 2D but 5 > 4. but then how can this have been proven in 2D I just thought about a 2D shape that needs 5... I'm missing something.
@michaelpristin9944
@michaelpristin9944 26 күн бұрын
I believe if you take a regular pentagon you can cover it with 3 dilated copies arranged in a sort of triangle arrangement

Yeah you're allowed to have the copies extend outside of the original shape I assume

2:30 is using the vertexes of a dodecahedron not a solution for n=20? I would be shocked if a platonic solid weren't an optimal solution, though I guess there's wasted space in the centers of the pentagons...
@asheep7797
@asheep7797 16 күн бұрын
nah cube's also another case of an inefficient platonic solid, an antiprism would be more efficient (think twisting the top 4 vertices in the cube, they get further from the other vertices, and you can push them closer together whilst not becoming worse than the cube.)

Nope. Palestinians are colonisers from Arabia, so Israel is the correct term.

@adiaphoros6842 Bro, all the "Israeli's" are immigrants from different parts of East Europe, be it Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Serbia, etc. By your logic, literally everybody is a coloniser, making the entire word useless 😂. Hey, Czechoslovakia was part of the Holy Roman Empire, right? So I guess that gives Hitler a free pass in your book 🤣

@@neologicalgamer3437 Is that that the best ad hominem you got, anti-Semite? Difference between P*l*s*t*I**ns and Israelis is that P*l*s*t*I**ns were conquerors, whereas Israelis were Jews that went home and that were already at home. Try again, pneumonia.
