@@empressnyamvula3691 Exactly!!! People Do Not Read Their Bibles. Just take what someone said for fact, when God instructed ALL Bible writers thru his Holy Spirit. The same spirit you are using to breath w Right Now. He said in Ecclesiates chap 3 vs 11 mankind will never find out the work that the true God has made from start to finish Vs 19. there is an outcome for humans and an outcome for animals; they all have the same outcome. As the one dies, so the other dies; and they all have but one spirit. So man has no superiority over animals VS 20 ALL are going to the same place. They all come from the dust, and they all are returning to the dust. 21 Who really knows whether the spirit of humans ascends upward, and whether the spirit of animals descends down to the earth? Ecclesiates Chap 9 vs 5 For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward 11 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they no longer have any share in what is done under the sun. These men along with others have a hope of a future earthly resurrection. John chap 5vs 28. Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment. Ppl think its impossible for God to bring a dead person back to life. WHY??? How did we get here to begin with, if he can make dirt walk and talk, think & feel , then where is his limitations? Certainly he has none.

I was and still am, in such awe of the stories (interview of late Sir Melvin Van Peebles, Sir Gordon Parks, and Sir Ossie Davis) shared by these talented and humble directors and actors of the most memorable classic groundbreaking creative talents. I read just a few days ago that the legendary Sir Melvin Van Peebles has passed. (My condolences to this family for being a part of this great legend.) These awesome talented gentlemen lead the way and broke the ground for many; if not all Black directors, actors in professional entertainment creativity.

Ossie Davis (RIP), Gordon Parks (RIP), , and Melvin Van Peebles were giants. They have paved the way for not just black filmmakers, but black artists in general. I am actually, an independent black comic book artists, and like filmmakers, we are storytellers as well. I find this very inspiring, and it gave me added incentive to do what I love to do. As a would be writer/director-filmmaker, this documentary is like an education in how these three wonderful directors and their beginnings and their determination in directing films. As a kid of the 70s, I have seen most of the films that they have directed. I see these three as mentors and professors of the black filmmakers of today. RIP, Ossie Davis and Gordon Parks, Sr. You both will be missed, but your filmography continues to live on...at least in my heart. Thank you for opening the doors for those of us who want to make films. You, as well as Melvin, have my respect and loyalty. I hope I do a splendid job as a director when I do become one. If I do, I have the three of you to thank for paving the way.

And for those who have some history with the Nation of Islam and remember the famous portrait in which Mr. Muhammad (Elijah Muhammad) is sitting and his son Wallace( Imam Warithuddin Mohammed) was standing next to him with one hand on his father's shoulder and the Qur'an in his other hand with a picture of his teacher, Master Fard on the wall, was taken by Gordon Parks. And according to Imam W.D.Mohammed Gordon Parks is the one who position them the way that they were positioned in that photo. Peace! As Salaamu Alaikum!
