It is eerily beautiful. The sisiters are reminscent of the Carter family and other singers of the 1920's 30's and 40's. They are beautiful together. The very simple and pure harmony is what makes them fabulous. Laura's voice and intonation is reminiscent of a young Mama Cass. Wish them well, they should be big.

'saw these gals at the Beacon last week in Speaking Clock Revue. I love what they do and there's no harmony as tight as that sung by siblings. I'm glad that young ones are singing like this and very excited by the fact that there are young ones that want to hear it. There really is nothing new under the sun, is there?

@slippyking07 Yes, Steve Earle and Karen Elson appear briefly in the background along with T-Bone Burnett who comes out at the end. T-Bone was the organizer of this set of the festival.

@firestartertwistedfi It's an oldie. T-Bone Burnett selected it for the sisters to perform.

Oh you know just the punch brothers as you're backing band while Steve Earle and T Bone and The Lone Bellow pal around just behind the stage. Standard daily stuff.

"The One I Love Is Gone" I don't know, I don't know Where I'll go or what I'll do It makes no difference What I'll do without you Oh, I love you, my darling But I'll try and let you be Goodbye, it's the last You'll hear of me Well, I found a bluebird High on a mountain side And the little bird Would sing its little song So I'll sigh, I'll cry I'd even wanna die For the one I love is gone Well, I found a bluebird High on a mountain side And the little bird Would sing its little song So I'll sigh, I'll cry I'd even wanna die For the one I love has gone
