The spinning is because of the rear suspension set up. The base set up is to have sway bars and shocks at the softest setting which will cause you to spin a lot. took me awhile to find that out

even with that and feathering the throttle im still spinning like a mf, given up on this game and its trash handling. Even if i turn too sharp ill lose the rear without any more throttle input..cant push these cars like i can in 2020, im on eggshells driving them.

one thing i’ve always noticed about f1 games is that, you don’t get track limits of you do it for like 30-40m… but you do if you go off for 10m ish? i’ve used that trick so many times to avoid getting track limit warnings

The system works by counting the time between you leaving the track and rejoining and then decided if you gained an advantage. If you don't get a pentalty, it means you were slower than on track (also meaning you can slow down to not get a penalty)

You're lucky then. On the ps4 as well, but for me it chooses to crash when it's mind desires- sometimes during TT, sometimes in multiplayer, sometimes in career, while in Pirelli hotlap mode, I could go on. Really bad of the devs to have disregarded this kind of game stability
