Untethered- 2D Animated Student Film

Final project for my 2D Animation class. This is the first short film I've ever made and although there are some choppy parts and mistakes within it, I think it's decent for my first time using Adobe Flash this intensively. The story revolves around a lone astronaut as they travel into the vastness of space.

I'm curious, how long did it take you to make this? I love making animations but I'm always too intimidated to leap into a big project by the fact that a good animated film could literally take 1+ months just to produce 2 minutes of story, assuming I'd be working on it alone, haha.

You absolutely have enough time to do so! Just storyboard it all out and don't bite of more than you can chew and you should be fine.
