Cruising kids are the best! Goodonyas for choosing to be intentional about their education. Well done!

Wow what a beautiful video with alitte of everyone Alex jumped in freezing waters. Coral found a new slide at her house not the park.Kai is really growing up too fast and watching Coral for new tricks. Cory doesn't like when he pulls up the anchor with seaweed but he really enjoys his family with new adventures and memories. Good job guys until next week 😘🏖⛵️👨👩👧👦❤️💗💗

Yup but as you said ever place that has water like our Lakes and Rivers you have to plush in. I hope you didn't get sick 😔 😕 🤧 ❤️💕

You're off! These rocky islands, indeed very pretty but dangerous. Looks like mom and pa working together to keep an eye on the young ones. The deadlines are too bad, but I'm glad you can still do some exploring. An intrepid leap! Coral keeping up on her own. A snake wants to join? Nice capture at 19:26! Yes-- after all that work, I'd say you're settling into a fine life.

Everyday is an adventure onboard Wildly Intrepid II. And these two keep us on our toes, can't take your eyes off them. A unique life which fits with Coral's curiosity.

Awesome!! Can’t wait to see more of your adventure! Have sailed GB for 20 years - but you’re living my dream going south! Kudos to you with 2 babies - you folks are great!! Let’s connect when you’re back to GB:)

Thanks it's a whole new adventure with these two little ones. It's never too late to try. Maybe we'll run in each other's. Fair winds it's such a beautiful spot you have in the GB.

Great video. Beautiful family adventure. Nice sailing time. p.s. the only poisonous snake in Canada is the Massasauga Rattler. It is located on the eastern shore of Georgian Bay (!) but the numbers have declined quite a bit. When I was a kid in the 50’s around Pointe au Baril there were a few, but no incidents. Bon voyage, from BC coast.

Thank you so much. I knew there were rattle snakes in BC but never thought there were some here as well. Thanks for sharing.
@bobwoods13025 ай бұрын
They are rare and the Massasauga is the least aggressive of all the rattlesnakes.@@WildlyIntrepid

Surprised you found the water chilly in August. It's usually fairly warm on that side of Georgian Bay in late summer.

A little wind never helps and probably too used to Bahamas water temperature.

Rattlesnake country in Ontario is outlined by the shores of the Great Lakes. Massasaugas live all along the idyllic sides of Georgian Bay on Lake Huron, across the beaches of Lake Ontario closer to the Toronto metro area, plus amid the winelands of Lake Erie. The upshot? They are often in contact with humans, and bites regularly occur when hikers or beach goers put a foot in the wrong place.

Glad we never ran in any of our adventures, especially with curious Coral. Thanks for the info.

Another great video. Those drone shots were amazing. Maybe you should have keep the snake as a dinghy guard. Would have prevented anyone from climbing aboard. Happy New Years!!!!

Thank you! It is just such a nice area for drone flying. A trained guard dog snake... I like it! Happy New Year, this next one is going to be one to remember.

Here in Maine, we call those rocks just below the water, "sunkers." That's because by the time you realize they are there, they've already "sunk her." 😂🤣Happy New Year, folks!

You guys were on the hard at foundry cove right?! Finally found your channel, will have to catch up on your adventure. edit: The massasauga rattlesnake is venomous and are found all over georgian bay.

Yes we were. Glad you found us. And thanks for the heads up. I did not know that. I feel less embarrassed about jumping out of the dingy now. Cheers.

Correction: my previous comment - only poisonous snake in (Ontario) not Canada - we have rattlers out West too.
@WildlyIntrepid8 ай бұрын
Thanks Stewart, I didn't realize the rattles were on the east Coast as well as the west. Cheers

"OK, it's kinda cold" Must be Canadian "Yikes! it freezing!" would be a US kinda remark. I remember working in Frobisher Bay one summer for the CBC, wearing a jacket watching the kids play in the sprinkler at 6C. Yeah we're in Canada not much poisonous stuff here except maybe the mushrooms. Beautiful places to cruise..... why did you wanna go South again?
@WildlyIntrepid8 ай бұрын
Haha it was kind of cold 😉 Did you watch my snowy Easter dip? Frobisher Bay, that's freezing. But it's all about what your body is used to I guess.
