I hear in the remake you can save Josh.... why would that be a bad thing? I was disappointed to learn every choice mattered EXCEPT Josh... that Josh would die or become a wendigo no matter what ... I wanted to save him... having a chance to do so doesn't sound bad

The heaviest critiques I've seen of the remake is that they swapped out the original soundtrack for an inferior one and didn't add too much else aside from enhanced graphics and the new Josh ending. Some people think that the new additions aren't worth the $60 price tag as opposed as to the $20 price tag for the original game.

The only thing new about the remake was Josh is alive and not a wendigo, and that by the end, a time skip happen and it feels like there's a sequel, but some people claim it is a Dead By Daylight Collaboration.

I'm kind of sad to not see you play the new one. I've enjoyed the extra scenes and ending. The beginning makes a lot more sense to me too, since when I'd watch it I'd get confused about where exactly everyone was. Like Sam walking upstairs when the others are hiding. I think it flows a lot better now. To each their own though!

It wasnt terrible 😭 morph. People were saying this it was a buggy game, but there was only one or two that needed a minor patch. My only complaint was the change of soundtrack due to not getting the rights of the music, i think?? Anyways the music was mid. But everything else was ok, it has really great graphics, reworked prologue where it has more depth, new hunger totem, change the premonitions where it is more useful. Buying it again is debatable. Maybe for a new player who hasnt experienced UD should 100% get it, but for ppl who already has it.. it depends on ur preferences and im not sure if it is even needed. Also forgot the locked 30 framerate in ps5. I think the 60 fps will only worked exclusively in ps5 pro due to sony doing something, but it is a major bummer.

The whole scene with Emily’s bite was what bumped Emily up above Ashley on my list. Ashley’s whiny attitude was really grinding my gears the WHOLE game. So glad Emily slapped her 😂. She has literally contributed nothing to the team (feel free to correct me) and was a damsel in distress the whole time.

35:00 Okay maybe it's been a while but from what I recall Emily is absolutely *not* best girl. All I've seen already is her introduction being her only complaining, and the biggest thing WHY IS HER BOYFRIEND CARRYING EVERYTHING? You're both cold, you're both tired, carry your own bag??? I've never been in a relationship, doubt I ever will be, but I'd never let my boyfriend carry everything all on his own in these conditions - idk maybe I'm being too preemptively judgemental but remember disliking her the most so 🤷 I'll try wait and see if Morph changes my view. I'm stubborn though

I think it's more because Emily is the one who adapts the quickest to the dangerous situations she's put in. She's awfully rude, but her abilities are impressive, and it's quite refreshing to have such a competent survivor.

It's an opinion tho. Personally, I also agree with Morph, I think Emily is best girl besides Sam. There's no wonder you'd dislike her bc all you mentioned was her character in just the first half of the game but what about the second half? That's when she earned the best girl title for me. Sure she's one of the worst and hated character in the beginning but she had a good character development. Sure she complains but she's paying it off by being smart and doing something useful at the same time (unlike that one character). She's one of the most useful and helpful character in that situation- she's resourceful like the game described her, I also think she's pragmatic- another reason why I liked her. I honestly think the players I've seen who kept hating on her and mocking her just by having a justifiable reaction after she almost got shot and killed don't even know how to read the situation and was all being an unreasonable bunch in that point. Like it's ok to turn a blind eye and invalidate her feelings in that situation? She literally almost died trying to find rescue for the whole group. After her whole ordeal in that mine, not only she's the first person that told everyone of what's really going on (making them realize it's not Josh who's doing the real horrible act), but also the first person to inform them of what really happened to the twins in the underground mines. But then that said group just decided to off her after all that sacrifice just by listening to Ashley spout nonsense. Ash already answered their question by saying "He said it was from EATING each other" then contradicts herself seconds later by saying "it happens if it bit you" like girl can you make up your damn mind? How does that even correlate to each other??🤦 What's worst is that most players didn't say anything about it 😕 And when she slapped Ashley (which was deserved tbh) ppl acted like Emily did a heinous crime 😭 much more heinous than Emily almost getting shot point blank on the face. Believe me when I say I also hated Emily to death when she was first introduced but she grew on me the more I get to know her character. Some people just doesn't know how to look past her attitude, they keep focusing on her negative qualities, completely ignoring her positive traits and not acknowledging what she did useful for the group.

Morph I love your videos so much, but no offense, you really talk a lot over the gameplay in this one! In the beginning especially. And since it's a story driven game, it actually becomes annoying, because you can't hear what they're saying and understand the story. This was your second time playing the game, right? So maybe that's why you're more chatty as you already know what's gonna happen... but I think you forget to think about people who never seen the game before 🙈 Worth keeping in mind for future uploads, I'd say! Unless.. there is another playthrough of this game on your channel? Of the first time you played it? Maybe I missed that.
