I can confirm that something is definitely missing. I followed your steps but Josh does not have the option to say 'I'm sorry'. In my playthrough everyone is alive.

@@xuniproh1 then it should be the chosing to save josh at the saw scene and saying something is wrong when mike takes josh to prison him

@@Duck360Gaming It's strange because in this playthrough I chose the "something is wrong" option and in my first playthrough I got the "I'm sorry" choosing almost the same answers and saving Ashley but Matt was dead

I only thing I didn't in this playthrough was not giving the bone to the wolf with Mike

@@LS353 u just need those choices i made and the diary, mike and sam alive i tried killing mike but dude wont die till the end... also sam seems not to die till the end

in this playthrough i kept everyone alive, didnt kill any animal, went for jess bikini, collected all collectibles except josh phone, i think i hurt josh as chris, chose to save josh at the saw unsure, shot chris in ashley and chris choice I have a full game walkthrough of that with all collectibles except 2 that didnt register somehow but my upload is super slow
