This literally, “popped“ up on my phone screen, after searching for a number to talk to someone for help for being in crisis. God sent your gentle soul to me! My tears of sadness are now tears of gratitude for you and your knowledge!! God bless you!!

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us! I am at a crossroads in my life at age 68. I took care of my parents until each passed way, 12 years apart. My Mom passed in April and my dog, Charley, November 1st. I have been in a very dark place but it is getting better each day. Listening to this information is helping me become centered on taking care of myself like I would take care of my loved ones. It’s new to me…

I get so much out of watching your videos. I suffered from chronic tension headaches when I was young. Because of this I realized what I put in my body is so important. I also learned to distrust doctors unfortunately. I am trying to do the anti immflamatory diet and notice I feel better when I follow this. I am having very bad back pain which makes it impossible for me to be active. I get frustrated with doctors. Much of this is from my experience when I was young and I did not have a voice to speak up for myself. I need to learn to trust good doctors that are going to help me but it is difficult. Being active makes me feel so much better but can't do it for now. I keep up my goal of someday hiking the Camino Frances and keep saying that can get better. Thank you!!

Thanks Rangan, so many useful tips. One thing I struggle with is chronic anxiety. I try to apply the positive ideas of gratitude, kindness, love etc in my life and it works some of the time but my body often seems to want to start worrying, causing me to feel panicky. It feels like an ongoing struggle.

Wow This is really good. I have been trying to figure out why I can implement changes in my life in so many areas of my life but not sustaining change with food and exercise. My mantra at work is make it easy to do the right thing and hard to do the wrong things. I guess I haven’t applied that to movement or exercise or at least I haven’t been intentional about it if it only appears to affect me. Thank you

Father hear my prayers. I know you will make a way. I’m a single mother. Both of my sons are special needs, and require much from me. Jesus give me the strength and courage that I need to continue to keep going. Have mercy on me while I struggle to provide for my boys. I will keep faith. Always.

You sound like a devoted mom. Unconditional love. You'll make it. You have the power, the perseverance. I don't even know you but I believe in you. How crazy is that 😉 Believe in yourself. Your sons love you and that will never change. Wish you'd find the energy or determination within yourself. I don't believe in God. Religion is man made BS and is only created to provide comfort and apparently the common excuse to murder people. But I do believe in energy. Positive energy. And that's all you need.

Relaxation is not discussed enough as a pillar for health. Thanks!

My weakest pillar is relaxation, I'm often stressed out and winding down at the end of a difficult day is hard...I know this impacts many things in my life. I had to go for a blood pressure check earlier this year and my appointment was half an hour after I'd finished work. My BP was very high, they checked it three times and yet it was still high...this was after one bad day of little sleep and a hard day...
@DeepEndDivingАй бұрын
The pillar that is critically in need of improvement for me is sleep. Next movement & relaxation/stress would probably be tied because I need to move more and I know that's is one of my best ways to help decrease my ultra high stress levels. My food is usually on point and great, lol. At least I got one thing going for me.

The biggest obstacles for me are sleep and food. I stay up late from social media ( it's addictive) and then my sleep schedule is disrupted. There's been a lot of loss in the last 5 years and social media seems to have taken over. My sleeping habits affect the whole day then next day, and not in a good way. Stress eating is also affecting my every day life.
