Got 1 copy of Tosh on step 21. Hoping I can get another copy of him or Soi Fon by Step 25. So far it's been 2/5 Tosen, 1/5 Hailibel, 1/5 Yoruichi, 3/5 Don Kanonji and a few random old characters :(. I'd even be fine with Sajin or Hikone as a new player. This banner got me hopeless, feel like all my luck went to getting Ulquiorra on step 2 of the 13 Squads banner.
