Been shooting on an ActionSampler recently- 4 lenses, shutter exposes them sequentially, you get some rlly interesting quartet series of chronological photos. Lots of motion blur & super cheap.

You need to try 110 film, it’s gotten a nice resurgence recently, like the Rollie A110, Pentax 110 or Canon 110ED

How about trying out the olympus AF-10 TWIN? Its got two lenses (hence the name TWIN), one at 35mm and one at 70mm that you can switch between. Ive been taking it everywhere with me for the past few months and its been great. The prime lenses really help me to learn how to "see" motivs with those two focal lenths.

I recently picked up a Canon Epoca for the same price you paid for this one, not too dissimilar, it’s shaped completely like a camcorder, complete with hand strap, has a 35-105mm lens with a very unique flash built into the lens cap. Really fun to use, definitely get weird looks, and the photos are pretty nice too 👌🏻

Olympus IS1000. From late, late 80's. I guess it was the very first bridge camera, and quite popular, had many successors. Yes, it was big, much bigger than your Fuji, but on the other hand it still looked like a camera, had a great zoom range and it was, to my knowledge, quite controllable...

In terms of what sorta camera could make for a another good video, maybe you could look at multiple shot “3D” cameras like the Nishika N8000? There are other versions and takes on the style of camera where the gimmick is it takes multiple shots over an exposure or two simultaneously but it’d be a cool to see what you’d do for optimising the camera when shooting but also in post with how you’d go about animating the exposures into GIFs on photoshop and etc. as the animations are the main reason for using the camera. Just a suggestion but that’d be cool
