Neither of her parents speak English, but they have many computers in their house. She taught her self English using an app called Duolingo

Yes, she is very good at her job. I'm amazed at the skill it took to gently guide that boat under the mountain in the dark with inches of clearance on either side and even above your head. Much respect to her 🙏

I think durian is hardest part for you, it's has bad smell more than to shrimp paste . If you overcome that, you would be an real Asian 😂

Cause you can see both of egg yolk & egg- white cover on the surface on those eggs . If they are a normal steamed eggs , they would be only egg-white cover on them . And it's maybe fried balut with sweet &sour tamarind sauce , I guess

OK, well I've passed your balut challenge without realizing it. I'll have to work up to the durian now. It really does smell bad!
