The fact that you felt it important to point out the discrepancy between David P.’s account and the newspaper accounts and other reporting that was done at the time of the incident (regarding the shirt and shoes in the first case) is a perfect example of exactly why since I first subscribed to your channel I’ve ALWAYS been able to take every piece of information you share to the bank! You are hard working, thoughtful, meticulous, and always have integrity in your reporting of the facts and show enormous respect for the truth as well as for any and all human beings involved in the stories and cases about which you are reporting! Unfortunately for him however , he has discrepancies of own. If you’re going to point out others discrepancies you need to make sure your ish is on point. Most glaringly is the incident with Stacy. If she went missing on the July 25th how were there reports made on july the 2nd? That seems like a pretty heafty oversight. But what do I know, I’m just being rational not stroking a complete strangers ego for a “like” .

The Roan mountain cases are very strange. Would love to know what the older guy was rambling about when he was found. My heart dropped when you said the boy was found in a berry patch. It's cases like these that get to you; finding a body or never finding them is one thing, but when whatever it is "throws them back", it's like you don't get the joke? Like you can see there's something else going on, but you don't know the rules and you don't know the cause. You only know it is happening. It's cases like the Roan mountain ones that get me laughed at in groups when I point out the similarity to them and people who have "gone with the fairies". But the question always comes up: did our ancestors come up with fairy lore in an attempt to explain what was happening, or as a warning to their children?

The most disturbing story from this channel is the first one from this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/aaSkhIObr8R-lbs It is called Almost Taken and I don't know why thinking about that unnaturally fast woman chasing the guy has such an effect on me. I just f@*ked my self by relistening to it because it's 4AM now so I won't be sleeping this night. There is nothing particularly disturbing about it but I get shivers just thinking about it.

Maybe there was a cabin in the woods. Since the boy saw his mom and called to her, but she didn't hear him. Sounds like he isn't in the same period of time, as the mom was. Possibly because he stepped into a portal which took him back in time. That makes me wonder if there really was some kind of time warp or portal, in time. When the boy went through it. That's when he travels back in time. Spending time at the cabin, with his grandfather. Then when he stepped back through the portal again and or somehow travels back to the time he belongs in. And is found in good shape. Nobody could find the cabin because it had been torn down, in the past before the time the boy was from.

They government doesn’t have technology light years ahead of anything as they borrow all their technology from private sectors. 🤷‍♂️. That’s why they pay government contracts to private companies to design for them using technology said companies either own or invented.

The story of Michael reminded me of another incident I read about. There is a woman named Ardy Sixkiller Clark who writes stories about Native Americans and their supposed contact with sky people. In one of her stories, she spoke to a woman who, at 8 years old, was camping with her family when she saw another child beckoning her to the woods. She followed this child and ended up at a cabin where she met the child's parents and had some fruit juice. Then she took a nap. When she awoke, the child told her they should go back to her parents. She remembers it was sunny as she walked back but as soon as she emerged from the woods the other child disappeared and it was night. In another story, Dr Clark talked to a family whose young son disappeared for days in the woods and when he was found he said he had been in a tree with his grandmother.

Portals? Maybe in some of these cases, but personally after reading 5 of the 8 or 9 Missing 411 books I'm sure there's several phenomenons/perpetrators behind these cases. It's not just one thing, it's several, and that's one of the many reasons why it's easy to get lost in all of this and why it's tough for researchers to solve some of these disappearances. Portals, vortexes, alien abductions, underground bases being covered up by the government, Bigfoot and other weird creatures, little gnomes hiding in bushes that jump on you when you look away....anything is possible at this point, and personally I'm at a point where I'm ready to accept all these theories, as out there or nonsensical as they might sound. Gotta keep an open mind.

I think theres a parallel reality of sorts, as crazy as it sounds, everything points to such thing, but to where exactly n why specific individual's? There are none so blind as those who do not wish to see.

Before we knew about the strange disappearances at National Parks especially Yosemite, I had visited Yosemite three times in the space of five years. They said, "hindsight is 20-20", as magnificent as Yosemite is most probably I'll never set foot in Yosemite again, I'd be too scared and frightened.

I was on the team searching for Michael. It was incredible. By the third day everyone was convinced we were looking for a body. The nights were so cold and a number of predatory animals made things look grim. Also, I know that area like the back of my hand. There was no cabin there at that time. Just finding him alive was amazing enough, but when he told of his adventure most people thought the poor child was halucinating. But there are strange things in these woods. If you enter don't go alone and don't go unarmed.

The little boy first disappeared for seven days and was adamant he’d stayed in an abandoned cabin w/grandpa. Fast forward two weeks, in the same exact place, the man disappears for a few days, also insistent he was in an abandoned cabin which is where he got the window curtain he was found with, draped around himself......where’d he get the freakin curtain then????

That can't be his real grandpa. Even if he was alive in an alternate reality, why was he in that cabin that doesn't exist? Either he was hallucinating or it was something else just like the robot grandma case.

Just wanting to say YOU have the best videos on the KZbin channel. Do you get these stories all from David’s missing 411 cases, and if so, does he mind, or is he willing to help you ? The scenery, sounds, effects, and depth of work you put into each and EVERY ONE, leaves one wanting more worthwhile binging material from you. Also, I was wondering after ALL of these reportings and files of missing persons from extremely famous national parks,...... has the government, military, or any one from NASSA followed through with their OWN investigations ??? Would be interesting just to see if ANYONE outside these agencies even give a dam? These are human beings, someone’s mother father daughter, son, , best friend, etc. They count, they mean something to their families or God sake. Please keep doing what you do best. It is soooooo greatly appreciated by thousands of viewers like me. . It is astounding the interest these videos pose when presented in the perfect format. !!!

I’ve been familiar with Mr. Paulides and his books for awhile now. The uncomfortable facts about the missing go from that to down right frightening about the unknown, the victims and no tangible evidence. Who or what takes people, even the pet dogs in some cases. The survivors are at a complete loss to explain where they’ve been. The ones that never return is so unsettling.

OMG, SAME!! Same order and everything. He has some stylistic thing where, if a word ends in T, and the next word begins with a vowel, he pairs the T with the word after it instead of letting it end the word before that it initially belonged to. Not sure if it's meant to be a style/'brand' thing--and it IS legit very pleasant--but it kind of does the text/facts a disservice because it's pretty easy to just completely mishear words and phrases, because like in this context, it could've been any of those :P Still love these videos tho :)

I love your channel and appreciate your hard work. I follow Paulides, and I believe there are many different things going on with these disappearances, some nefarious, and some not, as in the case you reported of the 8 year old boy. I believe he somehow slipped into another dimension. I've had dreams that were beyond just simple dreams, real night visitations that were so real. There is so much we don't understand. I feel bad for the others who have disappeared never to return.

I have a theory about these disappearances, it’s very “woo-woo” though... perception collapses wave functions and perhaps observing and being around other humans that are observing help keep us rooted in this reality. perhaps teleportation is a side affect of having such a small amount of connection to other humans... this lack of connection to others may be giving them a sort of lubricant to slip into what normally is shut tight due to everyone’s perception and brain waves. Perhaps, this hidden area has creatures in it such as Bigfoot and it is possible for us to accidentally glimpse into this world right beyond the veil, but for those in urban areas alone or no one actively watching them, a persons brain who is under developed such as a child or a brain that is deteriorating such as an older person have a higher chance of succumbing to these paranormal events. Idk just a thought. 🤷‍♂️

You're the only other person that seems to connect real physics to the possibilities of what happens to these ppl, it's nice 2 find another! I live in the woods of VT(Groton State Forest-big,remote,no cell srvc) and it seems that when you're alone the forest is perfectly capable of moving as it pleases. The trees also "speak" to each other through fungi under the forest floor so anything tapped into that wavelength will know where u are n what ur doin'. We know storms change electrical activity in the air and like you, I think other things can traverse the alternate planes and some predate on ppl whereas sometimes children(who can hear higher pitches)get called into these "holes"/portals in our reality. The world is only rly solid when many ppl are observing it, that's why we instinctively worry abt what's happening when we aren't looking.
