Polar bears are the most strong and vicious bear type, as their diet is strictly meat they take absolutely zero chances with anything what moves, whereas bros and black beard eat mixtures of plants and meat they are less vicious towards people and other animals.

That is literally bullshit polar bears eat mostly seals during winter and eat enough of them to last till next winter. During the rest of the year they eat berries, fungi and other plants that lacks sufficient calories and lose weight every day. A polar bear that does not get enough food during winter will not live long enough to see another winter. Which is exaclty why they are slowly going extinct cause winters are getting shorter every year.

You can look it up, they aren't wrong. I myself thought a polar bear would easily win, but it appears to not be the case. Grizzly bears are more aggressive than Polar bears in defending their food/territory it seems. The observations show that polar bears runaway without fighting the grizzly bears often, they believe it's because they are more risk adverse as they only hunt during the winter and don't want to waste energy along with a visible injury being a severe disadvantage when hunting in snow. This also applies to when they fighting as the grizzly is more aggressive and the polar bear will again runaway when it appears like they might get injured. They also have thicker coats and overheat much more easily, their stamina isn't nearly as good.

After winter they eat berries, plants and fungi until next winter and lose weight every day because they simply can't find enough food to eat. Basically a polar bear is only at peak form for a couple of months during winter after that he is getting weaker and losing weight every single day. It is also when winter is over that you can see polar bears migrating south in search for food which is the only time a polar bear might encounter a grizzly and at that point a malnourished polar bear will get f'd up by a grizzly bear. So whenever a polar bear would encounter a grizzly in real life the polar bear would most definitely lose. If you were to have peak polar bear fight a peak grizzly bear sure the polar bear might win. But that scenario will never happen in real life simple as that.

Most people in the comments are actually wrong. A grizzly will always have the advantage over a polar bear. Infact, in most cases where they have actually met, the grizzly has won. Its true that a polar bear will hunt humans, yes. Whereas a grizzly is more reserved towards us, a grizzly is more aggressive, has larger claws and a more powerful jaw. Polar bears are larger but not as strong as the average grizzly In Alaska (where you can find both Polar Bears & Grizzlys) the polar bears will actually hide and leave the area if even just one grizzly is nearby.

The implication Ethan made was a grizzly bear would win purely based on strength orsize, which is not true. However, if it's competing with a polar bear for resources, there's a chance the polar bear doesn't think it's worth it. Polar bears are physically bigger and stronger. One on one, the polar bear edges in the lead. However, the studies that show grizzly bears fighting and winning over resources, were not because of their strength. Grizzly bears are more competitive with food, occupy less land than polar bears, and polar bears are more risk adverse. Polar bears don't have the same worry or competition about their food like grizzly bears
