Gary my late husband done the same thing for our church. He done the sound worked on the computers and posted to Facebook and KZbin. He was quite a busy man besides being chief of police for 11 years and a police officer for 27 years. Glad to see that your kids are enjoying their water slide and you taught them how to correctly put it up and take it down by themselves. Cassie I am glad you decided to sell the roosters and you are such a kind caring person when someone needs something and you have it you are so kind to give it to them. I know your😅😅😅😅 neighbor was glad his duck didn’t have to be alone. You look like your shoulder you hurt in your wreck a couple of months ago is bothering you here and there. Like when you are lifting a lot or using your arm a lot. Does it still bother you some? I could be imagining things. Prayers for those asking for you to pray for them and for those who need prayer but don’t ask. Be safe, enjoy your life and live it to its fullest and God Bless. Love you both.

Cassie, I had Buff Orpingtons about 30 years ago. A friend had ordered them from Murray McMurray in PA, I bought them from him when he had to move to a new area. I started with 33, and sold off 10, keeping just 2 roosters and 21 hens. They laid a medium sized brown egg and out of the 21 hens I was picking up 16-18 eggs per day. I had a light in the coop and they got some of the goat's milk each day, those birds began laying in June and went 18 months before going into a molt. I liked them because they were not flighty like some breeds and easy to work with.

Something killed 4 of mine the other night. For some reason they didn’t make it in the coop before the door closed and apparently got locked out. They were still inside a chicken wire fence and something tore the fence loose from the rails and went through two other pens to get to them. Nothing left but feathers!

Gary, HA....we just did the same thing you did... fill up diesel, and gas cans. We have a few more, we'll get them done this coming weekend. One of my favorite ways to process end of season tomatoes is to make Roasted Tomato sauce. You can add most any veggie to them and chose spices/herbs to your preference, fresh or dried. Easy - peasy to make. No need to peel or seed the tomatoes. Just roast, cool, blend and freeze. It smells heavenly while cooking and tastes like summer in the middle of the winter. ROASTED TOMATO SAUCE 15 cloves of garlic, peeled 8 lb ripe tomatoes, halved or quartered 5-10 medium onions, quartered 1 c fresh herbs chopped (rosemary, Italian parsley, oregano, basil, thyme ¼ c olive oil ½ tsp salt Black pepper 3-4 T sugar, optional Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Peel and chop 5 cloves of garlic, leave the remaining whole. In a large roaster, gently toss together and roast for 25 min. Gently stir. Roast for another 25 min. Roast another 45 min or until tomatoes are softened and broken down into a sauce with a golden crust on top. Remove from oven and taste for seasoning. If slightly bitter, add sugar and stir. Pour sauce into clean, sterile jars. Can or freeze. If you prefer, a smoother sauce you can blend it. Stores 5 days in the fridge or 10 months in the freezer.

Wyandots are great chickens. Orphington also are every Orpington hen we had would let you just walk over and pick her up in the Wyandots were very friendly also seem to like socializing with people. Unfortunately, we had a bobcat problem one year, and I have not reset placed the Orphington‘s or the Wyandots. I also like Americanos a lot the roosters arches cool and all of my americana roosters were nice. I’ve only had a few mean roosters, we did not cold them. We just kept them in a coop so they could not surprise us. We also did the trip to make them submissive and that does work but then a couple months later it kind of wears off.

We are once again working on our 3rd owner, 2nd motor, 1980's - 1990's Montgomery Wards log splitter. This time 1 new fuel pump is on and we decided on a new carburetor after playing with the existing one....The 6th day into our no-spend January, the truck acted funny when we fired up in the parking lot after an afternoon of log splitter shopping. By the 8th of our no spend January we had had the alternator and 2 motor pullies replaced; we had plans and money to replace one of the pullies in Feb, after no spend January. Well ... we have come to the point that a new log splitter has moved down the priority list and a repaired old one will not be the back-up.

I don’t know if it can cause that in donkeys also but it would be worth looking into.
