Best packing job I've seen, and man have I ordered a lot of plants! The painters tape is an excellent idea because it is easy to remove, and the cup on top to protect🤦‍♀️, and taping to the box...👏👏👏👏👏 Why others haven't figured this out is beyond me. You need to title this "How to pack and ship your plants" Maybe others would catch on. I will be watching your shop for more listings. Love finding a dependable seller on Etsy! Great video, and I think you should definitely include your pots in a future video, I'd love to see them.

Girl I love how you used those cups for shipping. I have been shipping plats for years but never thought to make a cloche. Where do you get you clear cups? I'm a Dollar Tree fan and haven't seen them there yet.

Yaaaas! Raquel! I love that orchid bark mix! I don’t have a Lowe’s near me but, when I was visiting my mother in law, I visited her lowes and found it! I bought 5 bags of it so it will last me a bit but , dang sad to hear the new mix isn’t so good 😕 I’d love to see your pot collection!! From my own etsy sales experience, people LOVE good packing and shipping policies are super friggin weird. God forbid you use a region A box when sending something to region B. I got the same lecture from my mail people but they didn't yell lol.

My dude, I can’t find my orchid bark anywhere anymore! I used to get it at lowes, in that same brand, and I got the one that was specifically orchid bark potting medium, not the one that was like orchid potting mix, one’s just bark and one is a buncha bullshit. I’ve been experimenting with cedar shavings, like for bunny cages? Idk. I know monsteras like a CHONKY soil. I can’t find just straight up bark anywhere but I’ve got horticultural charcoal and pumice I reckon. I like a big chonky chonks in my chonks tho, u kno? Dude that thing with the half full pot for a newly potted, yet fast rooting plant is really smart! I love that idea. Amazing example of that prop technique on that monstera, I’ve never seen more happy healthy roots in my life! Wow! 📦And I think that method of shipping with the cups is perfect. It’s also easy to open that way too. 📬There are too many arbitrary, meaningless names for shit in the shipping arena. Priority or surepost or overnight next day and 2 day and same day and ground and preferred and whatever the hell. That’s the job of the person up front at the post office, bc if that person wasn’t a necessary part of our public resource then they’d just have a pit for everyone to chuck all the mail into. No, they put a trained human person there to help _people_ make sure their packages are ready, and where to find the right shit to get them there if they aren’t ready, and informing folks of all the shit that’s free- many shipping supplies are free- because our taxes pay for this public service and what good is it if the public can’t use it? If I wanted to throw my shit into a pit I’d go to fedex.
