I want to get the Eve but hearing customer service horror stories. You have faith in them?

That's something that I don't want to deal with if something serious was to go wrong with the monitor. I have reached out to them in the past regarding firmware and have gotten responses back relatively quickly. I've heard tho with their name change to Dough, their customer service has improved. I'm crossing my figures that I never need to send it back. It's been holding strong over the year and a half. Super happy with the design and performance.
