In this video, I am share a way to start your abstracts with inspiration. I went to the beach and took many walks. I also took many photos and let these photos inspire me, BUT MORE THAN THAT, it was the memories of these walks and these photos that inspired my art.

This is such a fascinating subject. I couldn’t paint representationally to save my life ( and that’s just fine, luckily for me i have no desire to!) but i would like to link my experiences and feelings a lot more to what i’m making. Or at least do it more consciously, i guess what i think looks “right” does come from those things but it’s not conscious. Would love to hear you talk more about this 😊
