LED bulbs install the same way as halogen bulbs - just remove the OEM halogen bulb, replace it with the LED, and you're good to go! Installation steps can vary depending on your vehicle's make, model, and year, so be sure to consult your vehicle's manual if needed. Let us know if you have any specific questions about your setup!

Just tried to set up my 4.0 bulbs and only one side of the chip lit up. Is this normal or did I get a defective bulb?

If you have a single filament bulb, then yes both LEDs should be lit up! If you have a dual filament bulb which has 2 LEDs per side, only one per side will light up. Shoot us an email and we can help! benchmark@morimotolighting.com

Are the h1 2stroke 4.0s not designed for high beams? The s2000 uses h1 as the high beam, but you have them listed as fog lights.

All LED bulbs on our website will be listed as fog light bulbs, since HID and LED bulbs are street legal in the USA for Fog Light use only. Not compliant with DOT / FMVSS108 and not street legal in the USA for Headlights. Legal for off-road use in Snowmobile and ATV headlights and off-road racing use only auxiliary or forward lighting. International street legality varies by country. This usage regulation is not unique to this item. All LED and HID bulbs from all other brands, regardless of marketing claims, are prohibited from street use in halogen headlights in the USA.

We're really sorry to hear you're not happy with the installation. The anti-flickering module often helps to stabilize the lights and can improve performance, but we understand if it’s still not meeting your expectations. If you'd like, feel free to reach out to our support team directly, and we’ll do our best to troubleshoot the issue or guide you through the return process. We really want you to be satisfied, so don’t hesitate to let us know how we can assist! 😊

Now what I love about this particular one. Is that headlight Revolution - josh recoded that it increase by 27%. And that’s 520 maximum. I can finally compare that to the Sylvania - silverstar ultra. For the brightness. Because that silverstar ultra is also 27% brighter than stock. Now whiter than than stock for the SSU is 16%. And it went from 3200k to 3650k. With 2stroke 4.0. Huge difference with 5500k. So now I know that the maximum lux is great. And that is a major oem plus for the light output. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 especially that beautiful lifetime warranty

So not DOT compliant by the law and/or DOT. Then tell us why there not legal, are they too bright for street use or not aimed right as a replacement bulb?. If people buy them, are they blinding oncoming drivers or what?
@icouch11 ай бұрын
LEDs are illegal in reflector headlights. I installed the 2 stroke 3.0s in my 2014 Toyota Tacoma and they were very hard on the eyes, definitely blinding
@FridayKnights.11 ай бұрын
Because there is such a wide variety of reflectors, and an even wider variety of LED bulb makers (most of them of exceedingly low quality), I would guess it would be next to impossible as a regulatory agency to actually say okay to some, since you'd have to test literally every product in literally every reflector. Easier to just say no.
