Last spring, you came back to a dead battery in your tiny home solar electric system. The problem was that a few days of no sun or snow cover allowed your battery to drain below the voltage for the integrated charger to start. For a fall project, I suggest you add a single solar panel side mounted on the south side of your tiny home, which is connected to a small secondary charger, which in turn, is connected to your main battery. That way, there is always a way for your batteries to charge to the level needed by your primary system. Like your videos.

Anker stuff is great. Been using their portable station and it’s the best I’ve had. Also their costumer service is the best from my experience.

Thanks for answering all of the questions that I had about this device. The biggest one being if you´re able to charge it from the lighter socket. As a truck driver I'm considering getting one of this to power small appliances without worrying about decharging the truck batteries, and also to be able to power more demanding stuff. Since I spend most of the time driving, being able to charge it fom the lighter socket is an essential feature.

It would be cool if you removed the window by the cab and the cab window so you could crawl through from the cab to under the topper. Install like a rain guard above the crack Or a roof rack that covers the entire truck and topper that would also provide shade

One thing I just noticed today. I want to charge my C1000 off of the AC Power outlet in my truck bed for when I go camping. The outlet is rated at 400 watts. I have the power station set to charge at 200 watts so it wouldn't pop a fuse on the truck but it will not charge. The C1000 just clicks. It will charge off of the 12 volt from the car charger inside but not the AC Power in the truck bed or inside the cab.

Not sure they've announced final pricing on it as it not out yet. But the Bluetti AC180 is almost exactly the same specs and goes for $799 right now. With the 25% pre release signup deal it might be $600 -700 which would be a great deal for a 1000 watt hr station.

This comment is for Anker. Anker if you’re listening, your web page for this deal with all its fancy display consistently crashed chrome on my updated iPad so that I could never see the deal or even follow the sign-up link that Nate describes. Maybe I would have been interested in a pre sale for next hurricane season. But now I’m just irritated.

It’s cool but far from perfect! The C1000 dose not do pass through power. Which makes this device absolutely a no-go for vehicle travel. Plus one thing no-one talks about is the fact that even if you have portable solar unless it’s mounted to your vehicle you’re most often adventuring during the heat of the day. And you can’t or shouldn’t walk away from your exposed devices. Also, if you’re powering a refrigerator during the heat of the day, you have to turn it off to be charging your c1000 instead of keeping the food cold. Well, other than that super important detail, it’s a dope ass battery

It does have pass through charging😂and I don’t understand what you mean about turning it off
@bremer12345
@bremer12345 9 ай бұрын
@@zodaguado6655 pass threw charging is when you plugged into power source and using power stimulatingly. for example your C1000 is plugged into you're vehicle's 12v system or solar or inverter and charging wile running your fridge or other devises at the same time. my Ecoflow delta 2 will do that. That being said you have to shut off what ever your powering to charge the C1000. maybe that devise is your fridge and maybe its a hot day. think about it... if your not using your C1000 for this type of use then its awesome.
