Yes u can use ghee or butter .. I used ghee in this recipe. You can check vanilla cake recipe in this channel where I use melted butter instead of ghee . It’s a similar recipe.

Is 1Cup 250ml?

You can use any cup you have for measurement. Make sure you use that same cup for other measurements too eg half cup . When I began baking, I used my tea cup and then purchased a measuring cup after baking for more than 10 times.

You can definitely reduce sugar based on your preference. This quantity is for making 2 cakes. I usually bake 2 cakes as it gets over very fast ..

Worst channel, Very careless. They haven’t changed the word butter from the in the video not highlighted the mistake in the captions because of which I used butter and could change it. After checking the details I got to know, which people rarely check

I'm so sorry for the confusion! Once the video is published, we can’t edit the caption. I used ghee while shooting but in the caption mentioned as butter by mistake. In the description, I have given the correct details and also mentioned that in a comment. I’m really sorry for the mistake from my side.

Btw you can also add butter , it still taste great . I have done another video with butter - vanilla cake using the same recipe with butter.
