This is such a useful tutorial. The process is packed with complex decision making while executing a simple technique and a fabulous finished product. I love the challenge of problem solving and learning about composition, texture, design, balance, colour. This is a fantastic project/exercise for us learners. I could do multiple ones and learn so much! I think I will start a series of Strata projects. I have also been wanting to incorporate some fabric into my work, so this would be the perfect time to experiment. I always learn so much from you and I love how you show us your process and show us the fun and relaxing side of creating. Thank you again Froyle, you're the best!

Dot from the UK This is absolutely fabulous the composition of both pages is just perfect. And I learnt something today that the composition of using stripes is called strata, I have seen something similar before in watercolor paintings done like this in lines or stripes but never knew how to describe it, now I know, anyway, I loved both collages. I’ve had success using the music paper , by putting on a layer of Matt medium first,allowing that to dry and then pulling the image transfer. Having said that l really like the image transfer on the wet strength tissue. What wonderful tissue that is x
