That depends on the indication, sometimes a couple of nights for the CR and some pt wears it alot longer as it gives relief.

Yes articulating papers can then be used to check for RCP, that in essence is a centric prematurity

Yes... If it's partial disc displacement only, Unwind will not cause any further damage and can be used for purposes of deprogrammation...

Yes it is to be worn overnight... When relined with cold cure acrylic they are very retentive... Regardless, humans have an inherent gag which will not allow the patient to inadvertently swallow the appliance... They will subconsciously push it out of the mouth in case it comes lose...
