I might be a little off, but the entire rig is something like Electra Dan Armstrong copy -> EHX LPB-2 -> Maestro Echoplex -> Marshall JCM 800. You can hear the volume jump after the first chorus from the LPB-2. They were pretty bare bones with their gear then (no tuner lol). In earlier times, Justin had a Sunn Concert Lead with a 2x15 Plush cab, same boost pedal. Would sub Echoplex for Boss DD-3 sometimes. Epiphone ET-270, Univox Hi-Flier phase 2, and some greenburst Japanese thing with a jazzmaster-like vibrato for guitars (Telecaster in the Giant Henry days). Vern usually had a Sunn Coliseum 300, same size/brand cab, that Jazz bass with a replaced neck, and maybe a Boss DS-1.
