Glad you liked it, for the Dempster NWT visitor center in Dawson City can send your supplies to Eagle Lodge (km 360) so that makes things much easier! also there is no water from about 120km (starting at 40km past Engineer Creek)

Hey abad, I saw only 3 black 3 grizzlies. I never had any problems - the one that I was kind of close to (20-30feet) just ran away when it saw me. You can read about safely camping in bear country, the only thing you need to make sure is that you don't sneak up on them and that you have no food in your tent. That being said, hearing a noise near my tent at night, was still scary!
