In today's episode anchor Ritangshu Bhattacharya discusses corporate work pressure which claiming lives of the employees. Recently, A 42-year-old worker at Bajaj Finance died by suicide on Sunday, citing unbearable work pressure and mental torture by his seniors. He locked his wife and two children in a room before taking the drastic step. This discussion has been joined by some distinguished panelists. Psychiatrist, Dr Deepak Raheja says that Comparing one's life with others also adds to stress.

When work begins to kll you , it's time to quit and start living a minimal life . I am happy to hear stories from ppl who left corporate mid way , saved enough in the time they worked in corporate, then went and settled in mountains or some remote location living a simple life in conjunction with nature . I too have a similar issue with corporate , left it midway , and still managing today via some alternate income sources .

Guys pls dont marry sooner. Once married, dont dream of big houses and car and buy them on loan to keep up society expectations. Rather when starting the employment first save/invest enough money to manage the expenses enough for atleast 2 years, live in afforadable rental homes and mainly dont buy unncessary items rather always be ready to vacate with few boxes. Live this way of life and also a side-hustle on weekends to not get of fear of quitting the job.

I have been through the same situation after working for 25 years in this so called high profile foreign bank.. had to call it quits after being harassed & humiliated by my immediate boss & his team right from day 1 of joining the new dept .. it’s really shameful to what extent power can be exercised by Senior managers in a corporate world .. I quit after a year & realised that ultimately I didn’t belong there and was just a number ..Am more peaceful now even though am short of enjoying the luxuries of life ..😀
