Looks good system. I have owned many different brolly systems over the years I find the plastic nipple on the top tends to let water in after quite a bit of use then I end up using mastic to prolong the life to seal the unit I am sure we have all had a brolly dripping water on the bedchair I do like the strength system on the front decent bag also

I certainly liked it and believe it suits my type of fishing. Obviously only time will tell with the brolly head. Yes its very well thought out. The sleeping bag is also the Tactical bag, decent for the summer, but coupled with a cover its bang on :)

There maybe one in the future but the idea of the tactical brolly is to be lightweight and mobile. There is a full front landing very soon.

Hello Steve, I'm not sure on the size of your bed but with the flat back on the brolly it does utilise space really well. Here are some approximate dimensions that might help. DEPTH mm - 1400mm HEIGHT mm - 1200mm WIDTH mm - 2400mm

Hi, I no longer use this brolly so I cannot show you I’m afraid.
@10-YearPlan4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the review. I think their big miss here is a door panel that has BOTH mozzi mesh and solid panels. Currently, you have to opt with either the mozzi mesh panel or the solid panel... not at all good for damp insect-ridden nights. COME ON WYCHWOOD, JUST BRING THIS OUT AND ITS PERFECT.
@MartynsAnglingAdventures4 жыл бұрын
The question was asked and based on their own feedback from the market people wanted to be able to choose between what door they wanted etc.. Not to say there won't be one in the future but I guess they can't please everyone. Guess they went with the most popular option and like I say may revisit the option in the future.
@10-YearPlan4 жыл бұрын
@@MartynsAnglingAdventures yeah I spoke to them on this and they said the same. Thing is, it rains a lot here and theres a lot of mozzis, so a door that caters for both is key. Otherwise its perfect... big fan of Wychwood in general - hope they bring it out.

There isnt an overwrap but there are a couple of different zip in front options such as mozzi mesh and full door. They may bring out a overwrap in the future but I haven't seen or heard of one myself yet.

Nice review. Have you had any issues with the storm pole clips inside the brolly catching on the ribs when opening? I’ve used mine twice, both times the clip has caught around the rib and stressed the fabric, the last time, it has pulled the heat seal tape off at the base of the clip so it now leaks 🥴
@MartynsAnglingAdventures4 жыл бұрын
Thanks Gareth! It was my first time using it this weekend and didn't have any issues. Although I personally would email Wychwood any feedback you have as its all constructive and helps any tweaks for the future. I will certainly keep an eye out next time I use it though.

Nice review bud. Just one thing, does that extra support pole for the front of the brolly attach to the spokes of the brolly or is there another way to attach it that I’m missing as the clips either end seem to big for the spokes? Ta
