No it wasn't. In Africa it was a total success with vocations increasing and Church growth increasing so much that in Congo my native country we've passed the 50% Catholic population mark. In Asia it's the same thing, by 2030 China will be the biggest Christian population in the world. The only issues have been mainly in the West but that's partial because for example in France now the baptisms are increasing and my local Novus Ordo parish is packed every Sunday. Be careful not to listen to rad trads and stay connected with news in all areas of the Catholic Church, and especially listen to the Vatican.

@VirginMostPowerfull see I accept some context in Vatican second counsel some countries need their own language mass but particularly the European countries need Latin and traditional mass . Also we need to remove the secular religious freedom ideology from the Vatican second counselling it is a main reason the catholicism decline across the Europe and Latin America .
