Imagine being SME. You go to block this video but you see is not the real AC/DC members. Just a perfect Cover. Different drums, diferent bass, voice. How weird is this? Can be this reason?: They detected Malcolm and Angus guitars sounds just like Powerage Album? Is the tempo of the cover? How they can block videos like this? SME blocked my whole channel. I just uploaded rare lives showing rare pictures with poor sound in many cases and they make their magic ''BLOCKED as DONINGTON 1991 OR BIG JACK ARGENTINA 2009. just weird. I never dispute any block.

I'd like to know how the rhythm guitarist got his tone. That's not easy to replicate. I've been trying for years and have a Gretsch Malcolm Young 1 signature guitar.

Thanks! We’re using our Filtertron (Solodallas.com) pickup replica. Many Gretsch pickups today are overwound and too powerful. Originals were weaker - you MUST be clean/crunchy at most. A Marshall Superbass is also necessary. As an alternative, a JTM50 (50W) can be used. Next, a good microphone placed appropriately on the speaker cabinet (we use SoloDallas Impulse Responses for this) - which is not easy or intuitive - and lastly, playing it right. Malcolm Young’s style and tone might appear easy but it’s the exact opposite. A cleaner tone, huge strings and a PERFECT sense of timing are really a must to get the proper outcome.
