I loved Nell. I discovered her and give me a break in 2020, I was born in 95. I’ve been a fan ever since. I do wish she had more of a music career, or something to enhance her legacy. Even though she’s no longer here on earth, you rarely hear anything about her or her career

They sound beautiful together . So sad that these two amazing singers are not with us anymore. What a beautiful voice andy gibb had. He has that quiver in his voice ,like his brothers do. Cant believe how long ago this was . Time goes by before you even notice. So sad that andy struggled so much in life. Rest in peace andy gibb and nell carter

What a damned shame we lost both these talents far too soon, Nell at 54, Andy at only 30. Rest in paradise.

Who knows what tomorrow brings In a world few hearts survive All I know is the way I feel When it's real, I keep it alive The road is long There are mountains in our way But we climb a step every day Love lift us up where we belong Where the eagles cry On a mountain high Love lift us up where we belong Far from the world below Up where the clear winds blow Some hang on to used to be Live their lives looking behind All we have is here and now All our lives, out there to find The road is long There are mountains in our way But we climb a step every day Love lift us up where we belong Where the eagles cry On a mountain high Love lift us up where we belong Far from the world we know Where the clear winds blow Time goes by No time to cry Life's you and I Alive today Love lift us up where we belong Where the eagles cry On a mountain high Love lift us up where we belong Far from the world we know Where the clear winds blow Love lift us up where we belong Where the eagles cry On a mountain high Love lift us up where we belong

One has a recording sweeter softer studio voice, and one has a that powerful broadway belt. One of them just does not need a microphone to be heard in the back of the theater.

Gimme A Break, like most sitcoms of that error, was a terribly dreadful show. But Carter was a beacon of life in the muck. Such a talent she was. So sad the life she endured (rape, drugs, having to hide her lesbianism, etc) which manifested in her in becoming a difficult actress; she was mean to her co-stars, a tyrant on the set, and very temperamental, which is why post GaB, she had a rougher time sustaining a career despite that talent. I hope she - and Gibb - are resting at peace, their demons long battled.
