I remember the midwife asking if there was a sickle person in my family and with my full chest responded no.Hm test results came and I was AS I nearly cried but after baby daddy's own came out AA I calmed down.This video should really go far

Thing that are very helpful to avoid crisis are: #avoid meat if you can #take warm water every morning #take lemon water quit often #avoid being angry for a long time #exercise #make sure your blood level is 13.0

our genotypes and blood groups are very important. The problem is in Ghana they don't check these when you are born so alot of people do not know about it and there are foods to avoid as well. Thanks for sharing Asantewaa
