Prestige City starting price of 1.15cr is too costly💸📈 at the pre launch for a place like Ghaziabad where there is no metro 🚉 proposed. Also it's without RERA ☠️ and it's there first project in NCR, don't know how would they manage it. Might fail as Godrej 🔐 failed 👎to deliver after the same hype. Traffic 😤 problem is known to everyone.

“Experts” in comment sections are giving their “verdict” that Siddharth Vihar is a failed location. these people need to understand that if a developer like “Prestige” has decided to bring its project here, there must be a reason behind it. Irony is People who can’t even afford a 2BHK in Siddharth Vihar are talking against a developer who is a master in its trade😂😂

How do you know what one can afford ? The talk of the town is pricing, not builder credibility. 9-9.5k price tag is justified for this location. Other builders are closing at 8k, so one can expect 20% premium due to Prestige tag. There is no doubt about credibility but location does matter. Just to let you know, their prestige city Sarjapur, Bangalore resale market is nearly dead. Thats what happens when launch price is high and you have so much of supply in a township project. By the way congrats on booking your penthouse in Prestige city “ Siddharth Vihar”

wave city mein gaur ka project 7500rs mein sale hua hai bhai. bewakuff bna rhe ho. Issues in siddharth vihar: 1) Too high traffic due to bottlenecks. it takes me 15 minutes jst to take a u turn everyday from siddharth vihar. 2) no entry/exit point on expressway if u want to travel east delhi 3) you need to cross villages after u turn to go to delhi. feeling of a cheap location is there. 4) do you know about power/ water quality/ and smell of hindon nala? pls consider asking residents nearby before booking youtubers jst do promotion for their cut!

All the points are 100% correct. ✅ problem is people won’t listen and blindly trust ytubers. Ghaziabad there is absolutely no base for such a high price for this location. No road infrastructure, no high paying jobs in vicinity, airport is very far.
