Better go for 7000-8000 rs new projects you will get new society with updated technology and rste appreciation is alwys more for new flats so can go to 15k easily in 5 years. But gaur city 2 flats have now become old and appreciation would be less as compared to rcc based Mivan projects

Supertech files bankruptcy and construction quantity is very poor. You can buy NBCC project but not every project is good for end use.

Jo ab chuk gya wo jindgi me apni kothi nahi bana payega ...flates 30-40 varsho me rahne layak nahi rahenge ..for hamare bachhe apne bachho ko lekar khan jayenge ?
