You keep repeating that you need to REDO. Every day is a redo my love 🥰. Maybe it was a bad day but it’s not a bad life. You have a very very good life. I’m not talking about financially. I’m talking about emotionally. You have a sister that lives close to you and you are a big support to each other. You have parents that love and support what you do. You have friends and community. You can’t redo life. You have to live in the moment, make do with what is rolling out in front of you. There are no redos, there are no take backs. This is why we have to be intentional. I have been through fires where I live in California too. I get it. But you have to stay positive and not dwell on the negative. The LA community is coming together (like mine did) to help one another and that is beautiful. Keep helping when you can and I am praying for you 😊🙏🏼

was not expecting to resonate with this so much but my heart really feels with you right now... childhood best friends little brother passed away on Christmas eve... he grew up across the street from me and I'd even babysit him sometimes... again I hadn't talked to him in years but it hurts the heart.. and not the same experience as the fires but similar... had a tornado go through my neighborhood & hometown in 2020 and then later had a domestic terrorist attack there the same year. Like you, I and my home were safe (thank God) but it really did hurt and it was hard to mentally recover. At the same time though, the grief we feel for the community is the size of our heart so it's okay to not be okay even though technically we're "ok" because our homes weren't impacted... I thought i'd never be able to mentally recover from those events but it gets better... it takes time, just like it takes time to rebuild, but it does get better ❤so glad to hear fam and home are safe lida ❤

please, when I say this get a file folder suitcase I don’t even know what they’re called and put every single bit of documentation that belongs to you that you know you’re going to take in case of an emergency put it in your closet. Put it up high, put it in a lock box and then take that if you’re ever going to need to flee your house I personally haven’t done it yet but once I find and get all my documentation rounded up, I am doing this having it all in one place would be so nice and so reassuring so glad you’re safe and you made it out. This time has been like fucking scary in terms of like a TikTok ban the fires politics like really not what I signed up for my 2025 to be like these next four years are going to be rough ❤
