Very helpful video, Thanks! One quick question, Is it mandatory to open excel file and ppt file to get sync? Is it possible to sync ppt without opening the excel file ? I meant some hacks or api for that? Looking for end to end automation without human touch :)

Glad it helped! Unfortunately I believe you need both the PowerPoint and Excel files open at the same time to sync the charts and data. I'm not aware of any hacks or APIs...

Thanks Hilal! Just click on one of the labels and in the text box that pops up you can replace the format by typing "$1.0m" (or whatever format you want). If you're still stuck, reply to this comment and I'll record a quick video to show you

Hello Slide Science, I changed the name of the excell file and lost the links to the graphics, there is a way to recover for all, there are many graphics.

Hi Gildo, you should be able to rename the Excel file and the data link will continue to work. Can you confirm that the charts are set to update automatically (or you've clicked the button to manually update them)? Cheers, Dan

@@DanGalletta Hi. I discovered that I did not have the Think-Cell menu activated, then I learned that I needed to request the installation of it to my IS dept. I thought that It an excel or Power Point standard menu but it is not
