I wish you a fast recovery man! But please, re-evaluate your playing technique and stretch every day. I'm a physical therapist/chiropractor and most of CT surgery can be avoided by changing biomechanical patterns and exercise.

Hey get well soon. Take it slow and easy. What procedure did you have ? I have always admired your left hand wrist position it is nice and straight. I had to adapt and straighten my wrist after problems with it being dropped and bent. My bandmates laughed when I raised my bass up a good 14 inches on the strap. I looked like Mark King but without the skill lol. It really helped though ,solved everything. 🙏❤️🙏
