Chriss, you know we are harder on ourselves, and we do see ourselves differently than how others see us. Basically you feel so sad and disappointed in your hair, so you think it looks so bad. But someone not knowing you or the story would see you and think she’s beautiful. Maybe change the way you’re thinking, and think of it as a new hairstyle & journey to match that slamming body and beautiful personality that most wish they had. You are gorgeous Queen! No faking to make you feel better, it’s true!!

Another thing girlie 2 years ago my mom past she lost all her hair from her treatments I felt every bit of her pain and I lost all of my hair too at the same time. It’s taken me 2 years to grow like 4inches of hair and my edges are still not cooperating with me. I feel like I’m in that stage too thinking back on what my hair was way before. But through time I’m learning to let go of stressing about it and let it do its thing and now I’m saying I miss when it was all gone and how the water felt on my scalp in the shower It’s more fun in life to fully accept reality look forward to the future and learn from the past cause then the doors start to open but you already know that 😉 Cry all of the past out and then head up gyal

Don't be bummed out love. Hair is just dead skins cells. It'll come back. When my hair fell out, I shaved it low so everything could just grow back evenly. - Good nutrition - Scalp massages twice a day with real rosemary oil (research studies show it is just as effective if not more than minoxidil). - Brush your hair in all four directions with a boar bristle brush in your spare time/boredom for scalp stimulation. - Keep your scalp oiled daily. - Speak positivity into your hair. Sounds crazy, I know, but think of it like a plant. No negative energy💜
